I’m in London, Ontario now, after a lovely few days in New York City celebrating our son’s 21st birthday.
The winter storm that is battering the east coast found us in NYC and has followed us up to Ontario. I’m very grateful we’ve gotten to our destination safely, albeit a little late. Sending lots of positive thoughts and prayers to all those worse affected by this powerful storm.
As our son has finished college here in Canada, we are packing up his apartment this week. The movers are coming on Thursday and then we are heading to Toronto for a bit more visiting and sightseeing before we all head home to England on Sunday. It’s both the end of an era and a wonderful new beginning, all at the same time!
