Hello and welcome to the Hearth and Soul Blog Hop, the blog hop for recipes using healthy ingredients, family and comfort food recipes, articles about healthy living, real /slow/ local/sustainable food, foraging, herbal remedies, organics and gardening. As much as possible, recipes should be homemade from scratch.
It’s still very wet and flooded here in England. When my husband and I went for a walk on Saturday it became apparent that Thames Path is actually mostly just The Thames now.
With the very wet weather we are totally into comfort food here so today I’m featuring a satisfying and wholesome breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Breakfast Quinoa with Fruit and Maple
from The Domestic Life Stylist
Easy Spinach Quiche
from The Frugal Farm Wife
Roasted Shrimp Marinara
from A New York Foodie
