  5. Hi April! This week has been crazy busy for me…we’re leaving Monday morning for a 3-week trip across the US, and I just haven’t had much time to read all my favorite blogs with all the planning and packing and, well, you know what I mean. Anyway, thank you for featuring my b’fast quiche muffins this week! These really do make a delicious, carb-free “muffin” and are terrific even if one is not avoiding carbs. 🙂 Many blessings! ~Lisa

    • Hi Lisa! I’ve just gone over to visit your blog – I’m behind on all your wonderful news! Our son has been visiting so I haven’t been online as much. Congratulations on the birth of your first granbaby! Thank you so much for visiting when you are so busy. Have a lovely vacation 🙂 Blessings to you and your family, April x
