It really is beginning to feel like Spring here in the UK, especially now the clocks have ‘sprung forward’. This is something I look forward to every year because I love the longer, lighter evenings. They make me think about Easter Ideas, as well as easy entertaining and recipes that are low on effort but high on taste. My current favourites include:

Quick and Easy Crab Melts - a deliciously versatile recipe perfect for appetizers, lunch or buffets

My Quick and Easy Crab Melts – a delicious appetizer or light lunch that really hits the spot, and

Easy No Bake Orange Cheesecake on http://www.apriljharris.com

My Easy No-Bake Orange Cheesecake – the work of moments, this delicious treat can also be made with seasonal blood oranges.
