I was really impressed by this beautifully photographed, well organised and portable cookbook. The ingredients Rachel uses are easy to source and the recipes are “designed to minimize waste and maximize taste”. Made in the Office by Rachel Maylor is perfect for anyone who works in an office or anyone who is cooking with limited resources. It would make a great Christmas gift too!

Published by Frances Lincoln, Made in the Office by Rachel Maylor is available from good bookstores. You can also find it on Amazon.
