So without further ado, here are my latest Foodie Finds! (Want your product to be considered? Please get in touch with me at april@apriljharris.com.)

Gorgeous, Gluten-Free, Delicious Alchemy
The first thing I love about Delicious Alchemy‘s baking mixes is that they are free from gluten, artificial flavours, colours and GM ingredients. The second is that they taste amazing. Their brownie mix is a particular favourite around our house. Although I normally bake ‘from scratch’ Delicious Alchemy means I can easily produce delicious treats for family and friends who follow gluten-free diets and my family loves them too.

Launched by coeliac Emma Killilea, Delicious Alchemy produces high quality baking mixes, bread mixes, cookies, breakfasts and snacks. They have been developed specifically for people with coeliac disease and gluten intolerance as well as being suitable for those who follow a gluten-free lifestyle out of choice. Easy to use, delicious and high quality, I keep Delicious Alchemy mixes on hand all the time now!

Hydrate Your Body Deliciously with Stur Liquid Water Enhancer
My family love squash, a non-alcoholic syrup containing sugar or sweeteners that is traditionally added to water. I don’t like the ingredients list on squash bottles – artificial flavours and sweeteners or too much sugar often feature. I was so pleased to discover Stur liquid water enhancer! Developed by a father-to-be to help his wife drink more water whilst she was pregnant, Stur is a healthier alternative to sugary drinks or those laden with artificial sweeteners. Available in a variety of fruit, tea & exotic flavours, Stur tastes great and makes drinking plain old water a lot more fun. A serving of Stur contains vitamin C and has zero calories, no sugar and no fat. The all natural fruit and tea flavours are lightly sweetened with Stevia. Don’t miss their new Coconut Water varieties. My all-time favourite? It has to be Real Brewed Tea and Peach!

Summer Foodie Finds

i heart Wines
i heart Wines‘ red, white and rosé wines are perfect for entertaining. A wide selection of grape varieties – Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Merlot, Shiraz and Zinfandel Rosé – mean there’s something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed i heart Merlot which had a light, balanced flavour with hints of blackberry, plum and raspberry. These are easy wines for drinking now and are a great value choice for summer parties and picnics. i heart Wines also offer mini versions, 187ml individual bottles that are perfect for when you don’t want to open a whole bottle of wine as well as for picnics and al fresco treats.

Shloer Strawberry
I’m always sad when I see those who aren’t drinking alcohol at summer parties left with little choice beyond sparkling water or pop. I make it a point to offer tasty alternatives so I’m a big fan of Shloer‘s sparkling fruit drinks. Their Strawberry Punch variety is perfect for summer. Try it served in a tall glass with lots of ice, sliced strawberries, cucumber and mint!

Ice Cream That’s Good for You – Oppo
Developed by brothers Charlie and Harry Thuillier, Oppo replaces sugar and cream with stevia leaf and virgin coconut oil. It contains no refined sugars. Each flavour is boosted with a unique superfood, creating a delicious ice cream containing fewer calories per serving than an apple. I’m addicted to their Salted Caramel variety which actually contains no caramel whatsoever! Instead it is laced with Peruvian lucuma, a fruit loaded with vitamins and antioxidants that tastes so like caramel I couldn’t tell the difference. Seriously, this stuff is amazing! I also can’t resist Oppo’s Mint Choc Swirl with superfood spirulina. It’s one of the mintiest chocolate mint ice creams I’ve ever tasted. My husband’s favourite flavour is Madagascan Vanilla with Baobab, a fruit rich in Vitamin C, potassium, iron and magnesium. Oppo is possibly one of my favourite foodie finds ever. Honestly, my freezer is full of the stuff!

Summer 2015 has been fantastic for great foodie finds and I can’t wait to see what Autumn 2015 will bring! Are you a fan of any of these products? Let me know what you think in the comments!

I discovered many of these Foodie Finds at the BBC Good Food Eat Well Show which I attended on a press pass. In some cases, I may have received compensation and/or product samples. This has not affected my opinion of these products. To make it to my Foodie Finds lists, a product has to become something I use regularly in my home and am happy to recommend.
