It’s time for the Hearth and Soul Hop Link Party! If you are new to the hop, welcome – and if you are a regular visitor – welcome back! We invite you to share all family-friendly posts as well as, of course, food from the hearth to feed your soul.
I hope you all had a lovely weekend. We celebrate May Day in the UK and Europe so it’s a Bank Holiday weekend here. The weather has been very spring-like so my husband and I have been enjoying some nice long walks, a visit with friends and some time at the Mapledurham Food and Drink Festival held at historic Mapledurham House (above).
To celebrate spring finally arriving, I’ve been making my Zucchini Lemon and Chia Seed Muffins. I love them because they are full of healthy ingredients and taste amazing too – they are a great way to sneak more veggies into your kids.
Thank you so much to everyone who visited and shared posts last week. This week I am featuring (clockwise from top left):
Some Plants Are For Eating from The Earthling’s Handbook
We Are Growing Garlic, And You Can, Too! from Glue & Glitter
Appreciating Your Significant Other from Mommyhood ABC’s
Simple Chicken Fricassee from Simple Living and Eating
