I honestly can’t believe how fast January flew by! Am I the only one who feels that way? It just seems to have disappeared!

Last week I posted the first in my new series of Meatless Monday posts. This week I’m sharing how skipping meat even once a week can help your family’s budget along with a deliciously Easy Vegetarian Quiche Recipe.

  4. Time has been moving very slowing here in NY. My kids haven’t had a full week of school in a few weeks. We had a blizzard last week and a Ice/snow storm last night. It was crepe day so we made lots of crepes. Thank you for the party.

    • I’ve heard some of the news about the heavy weather in New York State, Diane, but it sounds like your area is really getting hit. I mean, I love snow days, but I think there’s probably a limit when you have that many 🙂 Glad you are making the best of it – crepes sound like a lovely idea!
