The Hearth and Soul Hop January 19

The Hearth and Soul Hop
Welcome to the January 19th edition of The Hearth and Soul Hop, the blog hop for family and comfort food recipes, healthy, sustainable living posts, homemaking, gardening, family, kids, crafts and DIY. Encouraging and inspiring posts are very welcome too.

It’s been a busy start to the year in our house with lots going on personally and in our work lives. There are lots of new features coming up here on and I’m excited to share them with you in the near future! I’ve also been very busy recipe testing in the kitchen – one of my very favourite things! This week I shared my yummy Banana Gingerbread Loaf and a healthy Salmon and Broccoli Stir Fry on the blog. There will be more recipes, lifestyle and travel posts coming soon!

Thank you so much to all of you who visited last week. Please do share the hop with your friends. Swathi and I would love to see it grow! Today I am featuring three posts from last week’s hop:-

The Hearth and Soul Hop

Pure comfort food that reminds me so much of yummy casseroles I enjoyed when I was growing up, this Broccoli Cheese Rice Casserole is from Peter at Feed Your Soul Too.
The Hearth and Soul Hop
Gorgeous, colourful and seriously healthy, these gluten free Stuffed Peppers with Cauliflower Rice are from Vicky at Gluten Free SCD and Veggie.

The Hearth and Soul Hop
This honest, informative, helpful and hopeful post from Sarah at Grounded and Surrounded shares the challenges of Living with Fibromyalgia. Whether you know someone with Fibromyalgia or suffer from it yourself, this post is a must read.
