It’s an historic week here in the UK. The referendum on Scottish Independence is on Thursday. We’ve never faced anything like this before. Like so many others, I am praying the people of Scotland will vote ‘no’ and that the United Kingdom will remain united.

It’s been a very busy week in our house so I’ve only managed to share one post – a recipe for seriously delicious Speculaas Snickerdoodle Cookies. Don’t miss my twist on this classic treat!

  4. Thanks for hosting! I’m sharing my Persian Shepard’s Pie. It’s a leftover repurposer with a crispy rice shell! I’m also sharing my Quick Donut Rolls, a gluten-free, yeast-free dinner roll in a fun shape. It’s sure to be a hit with the kids!
