Welcome to Let’s Do Brunch, the recipe exchange for breakfast, lunch and brunch recipes. Thank you for joining us. My co-host, Chaya of My Sweet and Savory and I always enjoy visiting the recipes that are linked up each week, and often discover new blogs and make new friends as we visit them.

Thank you to everyone who contributed last week. There were some wonderful posts. One that particularly stood out for me last week was from Ms. enPlace and featured a lovely light pita bread to serve along with some Baked Feta.

Stollen is a favourite holiday treat of mine, and it was so interesting to learn more about the history of this traditional dessert. The recipe sounds wonderful too!
