The Gallery of Favorites: April 20

Alea of Premeditated Leftovers and I want to welcome you to our weekend blog hop, The Gallery of Favorites, a place for you to feature your favorite posts from your own blog.

Thank you to everyone who shared posts last week. This week Alea and I want to feature Gwyneth’s Spaghetti Limone Parmeggiano from Jenn of Bulldogs and Brown Sugar.

In this excellent review of Gwyneth Paltrow’s ‘My Father’s Daughter’, Jenn shares her experience making the Lemon Parmesan Pasta recipe from the book. Her description of it sounds so mouthwatering, I can’t wait to try it myself. She recommends it as a dish that is perfect for when “you need a quick dinner that still feels special and elegant”. That’s my kind of recipe!

A resolution to cook more and eat out less led Jenn to start sharing her adventures in the kitchen at her blog Bulldogs and Brown Sugar. Jenn also shares restaurant reviews and her adventures with her lovely bulldog, Rosie.

Although Alea and I both spend a lot of our time writing about food, we  also have many other interests and we know that our readers do as well. The Gallery of Favorites is a place for all bloggers – not just food bloggers – to share their ideas, interests and passions. Of course, food related posts are very welcome too.

We would love it if you would share your favorite posts with our Gallery of Favorites below. Posts on any subject are welcome, and of course your recipes and food posts are very welcome too.  You can share new or archived posts, but please update the latter with a link back to the Gallery. It’s easy –

Link up your favorite post(s) below.

Include a link to your actual posts, rather than to your blog.

Please include a link to one of the hosts in your post, either through text or with our button:

We hope you will visit some of the other posts that are shared here. It’s a lovely way to discover new blogs, or a new side to the writers you already know.

The Gallery will remain open until Monday afternoon (early evening in the UK).
