  1. Hi April,
We grow beets in our garden and had a great summer harvest, now we are hoping for a second winter harvest. Your Beet features look delicious. I am sharing my Caramel Apple Blondie Pie today and sure hope everyone enjoys it.
Have a wonderful week and thanks for hosting the party!

    • Hi Miz Helen,
There’s nothing like beets fresh from the garden. I hope your second harvest is as abundant and delicious as your first – I always think beets taste even nicer in the fall. Your Caramel Apple Blondie Pie sounds wonderful – I can’t wait to visit your post! Hope you have a wonderful week too! x

  2. Dear April,
Thank you so much for including my beet green pasta in your collection. I think beets a truly underrated vegetable. So glad you gave it some good PR. Thanks again for the party and have a lovely week.

  3. Thanks for hosting, April! We didn’t get to grow any beets this year in our garden, and I agree with, Diane. They are really underrated! We won’t consume them if they aren’t grown by us or someone we know though :(. Maybe next year! Have a great week :).

  4. Hi April. Hope you had a great weekend. Thanks so much for hosting.
