The Hearth and Soul Hop Link Party April 13

The Hearth and Soul Hop Link Party
Welcome to the April 13th edition of the Hearth and Soul Hop Link Party! The Hearth and Soul Hop Link Party is the link party for all things home and family – family and comfort food recipes, healthy and sustainable living posts, homemaking, gardening, kids, crafts and DIY. We love thought provoking, encouraging and inspiring posts too.

I hope you had a lovely weekend. We’ve been enjoying a few sunny, warmer days here in the UK which has been wonderful. Spring days always make me want to explore and I’m looking forward to sharing the adventures we had last week at Bletchley Park – the home of the codebreakers – with you later in the week! In the meantime, perhaps I can wet your appetite with this post about My Favourite Palaces and Castles in England. (Yes, that is Highclere Castle – aka Downton Abbey!)

Favourite Castles and Palaces in England

Last week I shared a family recipe along with some happy memories in my Mixed Fruit Pavlova post.

Mixed Fruit Pavlova
This post really was a family effort, with my sister in law Gail making the trifle to my late mother in law’s recipe and my son Alex taking the photographs.

Today I’m featuring two delicious recipes made with crescent rolls, one sweet and one savoury as well as a post with some gorgeous Spring decorating ideas.
