I hope you have had a wonderful week and weekend! Last week was a busy one for me. I spent a lot the week in London and was lucky enough to stay at the iconic Savoy Hotel once again. I can’t wait to share this beautiful hotel with you in an upcoming post!

April J Harris and Gretchen RubinI enjoyed meeting author Gretchen Rubin last Tuesday evening. Gretchen gave a fascinating talk about the nature of habits at The Conde Nast Fashion Institute in London  in support of her new book ‘Better Than Before‘. If you have a habit you’d like to create in your life or one you’d like to break, this is the book for you. I’m about half way through my copy of Better Than Before at the moment and I’m finding it hard to put down!

Wednesday I attended a new product launch (more details to come!) and on Thursday I was at a Madeleine Masterclass hosted by Bonne Maman.

    My goodness you have been a busy girl, I just love your journey and feel like I am right there with you.
