The Hearth and Soul Hop Link Party June 29

The Hearth and Soul Hop Link Party
Welcome to The Hearth and Soul Hop! We welcome posts about home & family, recipes, healthy living posts, gardening, crafts & DIY as well as encouraging & inspiring posts.

I am hoping this post has gone up with any hiccups – I have scheduled it as I will be in flight en route to Canada when the Hearth and Soul Hop should go live. We are going on holiday to visit family and friends and I’m so excited to see everyone! One lovely cousin had her first baby – a gorgeous little girl – on Saturday morning and I can’t wait to meet the newest member of our family! I will still be posting on the blog and popping in on social media of course – and I’ll be sharing some of our holiday with you as well!

The last few weeks have been busy ones. I went on a Safari Supper which was great fun – click on the link to find out more! I also began baking with chia seeds for the first time.

Blueberry Chia Muffins with Lemon and Ginger
These delicious Blueberry Chia Muffins with Lemon and Ginger were the tasty result. There will be more recipes to come using these healthy and delicious little seeds on the blog very soon.

I also shared some delicious recipe inspiration in My Family’s Favourite Meatless Monday Recipes.

Meatless Monday Recipes

They make it easy to give up meat one day a week!

Today I am featuring a delicious summer main course and dessert:

Broccoli & Pork Stir Fry at The Hearth and Soul Hop
a healthy and delicious Broccoli and Pork Stir Fry from Mamal Diane,

Southern Buttermilk Pie at The Hearth and Soul Hop

and this very tempting Southern Buttermilk Pie from Memories by the Mile.
