The Hearth and Soul Hop The Better Late Than Never Edition!

My sincere apologies for the lateness of this post. The good news is that The 21st Century Housewife is undergoing an exciting new redesign and very soon I will be on WordPress so this sort of thing will hopefully never happen again! I can’t wait to unveil the new site once my lovely web designers have finished their hard work.

I can’t wait to share more of our visit to Rome as well as some top travel tips to help you get the best out of a visit to this wonderful city. My son Alex has taken some lovely photographs that he is very kindly going to allow me to share. I’m so grateful to have had this time with Alex, who is going to be heading to college in Canada in January. It’s going to be a real wrench for my husband and I to not just have him fly the nest, but fly a very long way indeed. This was a very special holiday for us both, and I’m so grateful to my husband (who is on a business trip at the moment) for making it possible.

I apologise that I have not featured anyone in this post; I will definitely do better next week! Without any further ado, on with the hop.
