Vegetarian Menu Plan

I’ve developed quite a collection of meatless recipes over the last couple of years and I realised that with a bit of thought, I could compile some of them into a delicious vegetarian menu plan.

This three day plan doesn’t necessarily have to be followed three days in a row, although it would definitely work over a long weekend. We’ve got the August Bank Holiday coming up in the UK, and of course Labour Day weekend in North America is only a couple weeks away. Another option is to simply slot individual days into your own weekly menu plan. You could reduce your weekly meat consumption by at least a third by doing this!

Although I am far from vegetarian, I think it is really important that we reduce the amount of meat we eat as a society. Raising livestock for meat contributes hugely to our production of greenhouse gases, so collectively reducing it will benefit the environment. On a personal level, cutting back on the amount of meat you consume could benefit your health, your wallet and even your waistline.
