It’s National Vegetarian Week in the UK this week. The Vegetarian Society is encouraging everyone to give up meat for just one week. I think that is a great idea but if you find the idea of a whole week too daunting, try simply replacing one main meal with a vegetarian alternative. Once you see how easy it is to be an Occasional Vegetarian, you will find yourself looking for ways to incorporate more vegetarian meals in your family’s diet. I know I have!

I’ve chosen some delicious vegetarian recipes shared with the hop last week to feature today.
