This week I’ve had the opportunity to cook with and learn from a wonderful blogger, my friend Sandi. Sandi, an expert on all things gluten free, shares mouthwatering recipes on her blog Fearless Dining. I’ve been wanting to learn more about gluten free recipes, and gluten free baking in particular so Sandi very kind shared lots of great ideas and tips with me.
Sandi and I made these yummy Gluten Free Blackberry and Apple Scones together. They are so quick and easy to put together, and so tasty too. Whether you are eating gluten free or not, your family will love them!
And as I’m still in The Bay Area, I also shared some of My Favourite Places to Visit in San Francisco.

Dear April, you can’t imagine how happy I am tonight. I’m glad you’ve loved and featured my valencian tomato bread. Hope, you give it a try at summer time, when tomatoes are delicious.
Here in Valencia, we’ve got diferent types of tomatoes and I’m very fond of them.
Have a nice week!
Dear Marisa, I’m so glad you are pleased. I really do want to try your lovely bread. I wish I could get tomatoes like you do in Valencia – I can just imagine how delicious they are! I will definitely try the recipe though 🙂
