It really is beginning to feel like Spring here in the UK, especially now the clocks have ‘sprung forward’. This is something I look forward to every year because I love the longer, lighter evenings. They make me think about Easter Ideas, as well as easy entertaining and recipes that are low on effort but high on taste. My current favourites include:
My Quick and Easy Crab Melts – a delicious appetizer or light lunch that really hits the spot, and
My Easy No-Bake Orange Cheesecake – the work of moments, this delicious treat can also be made with seasonal blood oranges.

Great party April! Thank you for the no-bake orange cheesecake recipe. I’ve used rosewater before but hadn’t thought about orange blossom water. Definitely on my wish list of what to make next =) BTW I tried to leave a comment on your cheesecake post but didn’t see the Speak Your Mind box. (I tried both Safari and Chrome.)
Thank you, Kim! Not sure what is up with that page…I’ve checked and I can’t see the box either, even though comments are enabled. Thank you for letting me know, I will have to look into it further.
