Welcome to the Hearth and Soul Link Party where this week I’m featuring posts about family time and family recipes.
Here at Hearth and Soul, we love recipes for food from the hearth to feed your soul, but we also welcome all family friendly posts, whether they be about home, family, travel, self improvement, crafts or DIY. Please share your posts in the linky at the bottom of this post.
I have an announcement – Swathi will be stepping down from hosting Hearth and Soul next week. She has some new opportunities coming up and needs to prioritise them at the moment. I want to thank Swathi for all her hard work and support over the years.
Hearth and Soul will be carrying on as usual. I will miss Swathi very much, but I am excited to move forward and grow the hop.
I can’t believe we are half way through January already! I’m starting to share some recipes to inspire you for Chinese New Year (as well as easy weeknight dinners).
I’m starting with my Easy Chinese Chicken and Cashew Nuts Recipe. Watch for more easy recipes for Chinese New Year coming soon!

That Chinese chicken with cashews sounds so yummy! I’m going to have to give it a try. I hope I don’t gain 10 pounds from making — and eating — all of your yummy recipes!
Thank you so much, Nina 🙂
April, it just occurred to me that I didn’t make it to the Hop this week! Boy, am I ever running behind — it’s nearly time for the next one! Anyway … so sorry Swathi’s not going to be hosting, but I hope she enjoys all her new endeavors.
Don’t worry, Jean, I’ll look forward to seeing you this week 🙂 Thank you for visiting anyway!
