This week at the Hearth and Soul Link Party I’m featuring ideas and inspiration for great things to do in November! Welcome!
At the Hearth and Soul Link Party, you can share blog posts old and new, about anything that feeds the soul. This includes – but is not limited to – family, home, recipes, decorating, crafts, DIY, travel, organisation, book reviews, the arts and self improvement.
What’s Happening?
It’s a busy week! I’ve got a lifestyle photo shoot for the blog on Thursday so there’s lots of baking and organising to do to get ready. I’ve even put up my Christmas tree!
To mark my blogiversary last week I shared The Most Important Things I Have Learned About Blogging over the last 17 years.
It has been such an interesting journey so far!
Are you looking for delicious British comfort food recipes?
Don’t miss my twist on the traditional! My Cottage Pies with Roasted Root Vegetable Topping are easy to make, nutritious, and very tasty too.
I’m so grateful to everyone who visited and shared last week. We had a record number of posts at the party!

Hi April, you sound so organized and you even have your tree up already. I am hosting Thanksgiving this year so I still have everything fall in the house. Congrats again with your blogging anniversary and what an accomplishment and I’m so happy for you. I am sharing and Instant Pot Chicken recipe. Enjoy the week.
Thank you so much, Julie! I confess, the tree is only up because I’ve got the photo shoot coming up. It still feels early to me! I look forward to your recipe, and I hope you have a wonderful week too!
