The Hearth and Soul Hop Linky Party
A very warm welcome to our Hearth and Soul Hop Link Party! We invite you to share all family-friendly posts as well as, of course, food from the hearth to feed your soul.

This week my husband and I celebrate of our 25th wedding anniversary and it’s my husband’s birthday, both on Wednesday. My husband is working on the day but we’ll be celebrating at a dinner with our son in the evening. We are still in California and on Thursday we’ll be attending a San Jose Sharks hockey game which I’m very excited about. Being Canadian (as well as British) I love a good hockey game!

Come Saturday when our son heads home my hubby and I are flying up to Vancouver for a short anniversary break. I’m super excited to a) have a break where my husband is actually on holiday and b) visit Vancouver for the very first time!

Congratulations on all, April! You are living life right, my friend! You’re making so many special memories while celebrating previous life events. 🙂 Vancouver is on my list so I’ll eagerly await the info you share on your visit!

This week I’ve linked up over 25 amazing gluten-free hot cross bun recipes and some fantastic blueberry muffins. The latter is a recipe from my previous March Muffin Madness event. This year’s event will kick off on Sunday–woohoo!

Have a fabulous “on travel” week!

Thanks so much for the party April. I didn’t make it last week. I was snowed under (not literally – still sweltering here in Australia). Congratulations on your anniversary! I hope you’re enjoying your vacation. Best wishes always,
