It’s National Vegetarian Week here in the UK this week and I’m planning to enjoy some lovely meat-free meals. Now that asparagus are in season I can make one of my favourites – Spaghetti Primavera al Limone.
I’ve been spending a lot of time in the kitchen working on some new recipes. Last week I shared a delicious Easy Plum Cake Recipe which is lightly spiced and perfect for summer entertaining.
