It’s British Food Fortnight here in the UK and we are celebrating the abundance of delicious, high quality fruit, vegetables, meat, dairy products and artisanal foods that is grown and produced in our green and pleasant land. I’m a big supporter of local, seasonal food so it’s one of my favourite foodie celebrations. I’ve shared more about the celebrations as well as links to some delicious recipes here.
