The Hearth and Soul Hop Link Party
Welcome to The Hearth and Soul Hop Link Party for the week of May 30th. We invite you to share all family-friendly posts as well as, of course, food from the hearth to feed your soul.

I’ve been in California this week. Last Sunday my husband and I visited one of our parts of the world and drove one of our favourite routes.
Lodge at Pebble Beach 17 Mile Drive

Come along with us as we spend a day Travelling The 17 Mile Drive.

I also shared a wonderful vintage recipe that’s been in my family for over 4 generations – Auntie’s Old Fashioned Spice Cake.

Auntie's Old Fashioned Spice Cake
On with the Hearth and Soul Hop Link Party! Thank you to everyone who visited and shared last week. Today I’m featuring:

Meyer Lemon Curd Featured at The Hearth and Soul Hop

Meyer Lemon Curd – Made with Whole Eggs from Delightful Repast

Copycat Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuits featured at The Hearth and Soul Hop

Copycat Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuits from All She Cooks

I also really liked the great ideas in 101 Super Fun, Super Cheap Things To Do With The Kids This Summer from Saving & Simplicity.

Did you know that the Hearth and Soul Hop also has a Facebook page where we feature your posts? We’d love for you to visit and give us a like!

Looks like you enjoyed your California adventure. FYI, I’m going to be in Tuscany for the whole of June. I don’t know how much linky “partying” I’ll be doing. I’ll get back on track in July. Thanks as always for your support and hosting.

    Hi April,
I love old family recipes- thanks so much for sharing this treasure. I think that buttermilk is always a great addition to a cake recipe and I love the handwritten index card- I have lots of them. Who knew we would consider them antiquated one day. Thanks for another great party. Have a great day.
