Welcome to this week’s Hearth and Soul Link Party! It’s high summer here in the United Kingdom, and we are having some very warm weather. Last week it got up to 38 Celsius on the hottest day in the UK since records began. That’s just over 100 degrees Farenheit, very unusual for us! I know that many in the US have experienced high temperatures and very bad storms, and they have definitely been in my prayers. What’s the weather like in your neck of the woods?
At the Hearth and Soul Link Party, you can share blog posts old and new, about anything that feeds the soul. This includes – but is not limited to – family, home, recipes, decorating, crafts, DIY, travel, organisation, book reviews, the arts and self improvement.
I polled my wonderful newsletter subscribers last week, and I’ve had a great response. (Thank you to everyone who took the time to come back to me!) It is really helping me with putting together ideas for the months to come.
If you are planning a summer afternoon tea or you fancy a breakfast treat, I’ve got a lovely recipe for you. It’s even gluten free!
If, like me, you are always trying to fit your workouts round your busy schedule, I may be able to help.
In How To Keep Working Out While Travelling, I share some easy hints and tips to help you stay in shape on the road (whether for business or pleasure) without impacting your schedule or ruining your holiday.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful content last week!
