Hi there! Welcome to the Hearth and Soul Link Party! I’m thinking about holiday recipes and ideas this week, but as always I’m excited about anything that feeds the soul!
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas here. Except with a garden redesign going on, it’s also kind of muddy round here too! All our grass and patio was lifted today, in preparation for re-landscaping, new patio, a totally new lawn, plus a bit of a facelift for the rest of the garden. I’m excited for the finished product, that is for sure!!
I’m also working with a lovely lady on a new blog redesign…and I’m looking forward to the finished product of that too! So exciting!!
Are you making holiday preparations? Have you put your wreath up yet?

What a great opportunity to make a Christmas wreath with the help of a professional, hope we get to see it, along with your landscaping makeover. Its always worth a bit of mess. Wishing you a great week, happy holiday preparations!
Thank you so much, Karren. I’m hoping to share some photographs of the garden when it’s done. It’s slowly coming together, although we’ve just had lots of sand (for the patio) and stones (for round the kitchen garden) delivered into the driveway so it’s still a bit messy…At least the 6 tons of topsoil has been spread over the garden! I’m excited to see how it turns out 🙂
I am sharing your post on Friday Features over at Oh My Heartsie Girl today and hope you’ll stop by and share more great ideas!! Starts at 12:00 PM PST
Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year!!

April, thank you for hosting AND for the easy appetizers. So happens, my post today can also be used as an appetizer (like a pate), though French Canadians enjoy it for breakfast.

April, I am really enjoying the variety of holiday goodies your friends have been sharing this season and look forward to trying some soon. Garden re-designs can be challenging, but I know when it complete you both will be thrilled! Have a lovely weekend and as always, many thanks for all your hard work and support.
There really are a lot of lovely goodies this week! Thank you for the encouragement, Linda. We are about two-thirds through the redesign – just at the point where it’s easy to get discouraged! I hope you have a lovely weekend too! I’m very grateful for all your help and support, my friend 🙂
