These are good – way, way too good. In fact, they are downright addictive! They also take virtually no time or effort to make, so are perfect for a last minute snack or appetizer when you are entertaining. The rosemary sets the salty sweet flavour combination in the coating perfectly, and there is just something about warming nuts that makes them so darn delicious!
You can find the recipe here. This is my contribution to this week’s Ina’s Garden, where we are sharing appetizers and snacks by the lovely Ina Garden. I co-host the Ina’s Garden linky with some other lovely ladies who enjoy the Barefoot Contessa’s recipes as much as I do. We would love for you to join us! To learn more about the group, please click here.
We meet on the first and third Thursdays of every month to share our experiences with recipes from the Barefoot Contessa. This time you can share any recipe for appetizers or snacks from Ina’s books or online from The Food Network and The Barefoot Contessa. The linky is open for two weeks so there is plenty of time for you to join in. You can make a recipe specially, or link an Ina recipe you have made in the past. All we ask is that you please link back to one of the hostesses or to the main Ina’s Garden website so that others can find our about our group and join in too.
At our next meeting on Thursday August 18th, we are celebrating the barbecue season with Go To The Grill, sharing our experiences with any of Ina’s wonderful barbecue and grill recipes.
It’s easy to join in, just click on the link that says ‘Add your link’ below and follow the directions.
Thank you from your hostesses,
April of The 21st Century Housewife and
