Hi April, I love the lazy days of summer if I can be by a pool or on the beach! In Arizona the heat requires a bit of laziness in order to survive! Ha ha! Have a wonderful week and I hope that you get to have a few lazy days.
Thank you, Helen! I hope we get a few lazy days too 🙂
I seem to remember long, luxurious days of nothing stretching out before me when my kids were little and summer days were a blank slate.
They still happen sometimes, but are harder to capture with so many people in our lives now1
I know what you mean, Michele. I can remember feeling like the summer lasted forever for such a long time. However in recent years, time just flies all year! I hope you have a wonderful week, and maybe just one lazy day – or even an hour or two 😉
Thank you for the feature, April!
It’s a pleasure, Antonella!

April, thank you for hosting. I’m very curious to know if children in Canada and UK had the American school lunch dish I’ve posted today.
Hi Jean, I’m interested to read more about your Hamburger Gravy recipe! I don’t remember having it at school, although it’s a little bit like a Cottage Pie in reverse 🙂 Thank you so much for sharing. Have a lovely weekend!
