My co-host, Chaya of My Sweet and Savory has chosen some of her highlights from last week’s hop, and this week I have chosen to highlight two lovely quick breads.
Sara of Cook with Sara shared a wonderful Cinnamon Raisin Quick Bread that you can make ahead and freeze. The marbling effect looks so pretty, and it sounds absolutely delicious.
I was also very taken by this rich and satisfying gluten and grain-free Pumpkin Bread from Delicious Obsessions. Although my family can eat gluten, I always like to have a gluten-free option available for any guests who might need it. I also like that the recipe calls for such wholesome ingredients.
This week I am sharing my Marzipan Dates, a wholesome treat that would be perfect with a coffee at the end of a brunch buffet. They also make a wonderful homemade holiday gift.
