Alea of Premeditated Leftovers and I want to welcome you to our weekend blog hop, The Gallery of Favorites, a place for you to feature your favorite posts from your own blog.
Thank you to everyone who shared posts last week. This week Alea and I are featuring Sue of Couscous and Consciousness. Last week Sue shared Baked Figs with Walnut Tarragon Cream & Rocket Salad as part of Cookbook Sundays, a weekly linky she hosts offering the opportunity to share recipes you have made from your cookbook collection.

Based in Nelson, New Zealand, Sue is passionate about using fresh, seasonal, local produce as much as she can; making things from scratch as much as time allows; and not “tinkering” with things too much. Sue says, “if you use the best quality, freshest ingredients that your budget will allow, then you don’t have to do a whole lot to them to end up with great tasting food.” However Sue does not rule out taking a few shortcuts where necessary. As she says (and I agree!) “not many of us can manage to be all ‘Martha’ all of the time!” When Sue is not cooking & blogging, she works part-time job in a homewares store, practises and teaches yoga, and teaches cooking classes.
Although Alea and I both spend a lot of our time writing about food, we also have many other interests and we know that our readers do as well. The Gallery of Favorites is a place for all bloggers to share their ideas, interests and passions. Of course, food related posts are very welcome too.
Please share your favorite posts with our Gallery of Favorites below.
Include a link to your actual posts, rather than to your blog.
Please include a link to one of the hosts in your post, either through text or with our button:
We hope you will visit some of the other posts that are shared here. It’s a great way to discover new blogs, or a new side to the writers you already know.
The Gallery will remain open until Monday afternoon (early evening in the UK).
