Alea of Premeditated Leftovers and I want to welcome you to our weekend blog hop, The Gallery of Favorites, a place for you to feature your favorite posts from your own blog.
Thank you to everyone who shared posts last week. This week Alea and I are featuring two posts. Michelle blogs about life in Louisiana with a focus on Cajun and Creole culture and cooking at Ms. en Place. In her post Cajun Dynamic Duos she featured some wonderful Cajun music “played on a sunny day with the wildflowers just starting to pop up from the ground”, and the classic Cajun combination of shrimp and Andouille sausage served over a baked potato with crisp salted skin.

My mouth is watering just writing about it! Michelle has a wonderful writing style and her posts are often incredibly entertaining as well as great inspiration. For a slice of Cajun and Creole life and culture, Ms. en Place is definitely the place to visit. Michelle also hosts the See Ya in the Gumbo Potluck.

Although Alea and I both spend a lot of our time writing about food, we also have many other interests and we know that our readers do as well. The Gallery of Favorites is a place for all bloggers – not just food bloggers – to share their ideas, interests and passions. Of course, food related posts are very welcome too.
Please share your favorite posts with our Gallery of Favorites below. You can share new or archived posts, but please update the latter with a link back to the Gallery. It’s easy –
