This week finds me in Canada, enjoying some lovely sunny weather and catching up with family and friends
We’ve also been taking a stroll back down memory lane, visiting lots of landmarks from my past including Golf’s Steak and Seafood Restaurant in Kitchener, a restaurant my late parents always enjoyed, and beautiful Victoria Park.
I haven’t had much time to blog but I did share these healthy and delicious Blueberry Chia Muffins with Lemon & Ginger.
