Believe it or not, we are still redecorating, and will be for some weeks to come. As I watch our home transform from something we chose to have built for us a little over three years ago now, into something with our own unique stamp on it, I am reminded of how personal our homes are. Our food history is like that as well. While we share a corporate food history with so many others within our individual cultures, family traditions and recipes are special and unique to our own small groups within that. Being able to share our own traditions, and allow them to become a part of other family groups, is a part of what makes us, and our cultures, so very special.
We had some wonderful recipes last week. I’m constantly inspired by the variety and quality of recipes that are shared with Hearth and Soul. A few that really caught my eye were:
