It’s time to Get Ready for September. Welcome to the Hearth and Soul Link Party! It’s a Bank Holiday Monday here in the UK, so many people have the day off. It’s our ‘end of summer long weekend’, as we don’t have Labour Day here.
I’m definitely looking forward to the fresh start September brings – I’m a real September is the new January kind of girl! I’m also starting to look forward to the fall weather and doing some more baking.
I made these Blueberry Chia Muffins with Lemon and Ginger this week. Light, tasty and full of wholesome ingredients, these yummy muffins have a great flavour. I also love the streusel topping! They make a great back to school breakfast and they are good in lunchboxes too.
I’ve also got some Easy Back to School Dinner Ideas that are a real boon this time of year – whether anyone in your house is going back to school or not!
