How is your October going? Mine seems to be flying by. I’m certainly enjoying the sunshine and warmer than usual weather we are having here in the UK. We’ve got a lot coming up in the next few weeks, and I’m starting to think about holiday preparations as well, so there’s never a dull moment around here!
What’s Happening in My Kitchen
I’m really enjoying fall baking and the flavours of the season. If you’ve got a surfeit of ripe bananas, this cake is a delicious way to use them!
My Spiced Banana Nut Loaf with Ginger Glaze is a flavourful twist on traditional Banana Bread everyone will love.
And if you love a good pumpkin cake, you will adore this tasty Bundt Cake.
This easy to make, full of flavour Spicy Pumpkin Bundt Cake feeds a crowd, but if there are only a few of you, it keeps really well too!
