Welcome to The Labour Day Edition of the Hearth and Soul Link Party! We don’t actually have Labour Day in the UK, but it still marks the start of a new season for me. Fall might not actually begin until September 23rd this year, but to my mind, it starts on Labour Day!
While it’s not a holiday here today, I am publishing a bit early as I’m heading up to London today. I’ve got a busy week ahead the decorating of our library is being completed tomorrow and my husband and I head to California on Friday. It’s another work trip for him, and I’m excited to catch up with friends and enjoy some sunshine.
After you’ve enjoyed the treats of summer’s last holiday weekend, you may be looking for a simple, healthy recipe to start the fall season off right.
My Easy One Pan Salmon and Mediterranean Vegetables is a deliciously spiced meal that is chock full of healthy ingredients and tastes great! It’s also very easy to make.
