I’ve blogged so many easy and delicious muffin recipes over the years. Many of them came via my late Mom and some I’ve developed myself. There’s a story behind almost every recipe and I treasure them all. Sadly these posts can get lost in the archives and unless you deliberately search for them you could miss them entirely. I wouldn’t want that to happen – these easy and delicious muffins are just too good not to share!
Muffins make an easy breakfast or a delicious snack. If you are new to baking, muffins are a great place to start as you get a lot of reward for very little effort. They are also a fun thing to make with kids as you can be enjoying them fresh from the oven before you know it – so no chance of an easily distracted child getting half way through a recipe and losing interest!
