Valentines Day Dessert Recipes header image including photos of raspberry jelly with cream, brownies and a lemon posset in two small heart shaped dishes

I love to share Valentines Day treats with family and friends – there’s nothing more delightful than a Valentines Day tea on a blustery, cold and rainy February afternoon or a romantic candlelit dinner for two. I have lots of favourite Valentines Day Menus and Recipes and I do love to make the dessert the star of the show.

February always seems to be such a busy month  so I’ve also included lots of recipes that are perfect for days when you don’t have hours to spend in the kitchen. From Raspberry and Rose Jelly and Cream to traditional British Bakewell Squares and even homemade no churn Blood Orange Ice Cream, there’s something for everyone in this collection of Valentines Day Treats!

My Raspberry and Rose Jelly and Cream is delicately flavoured with rosewater, making it taste faintly of Turkish Delight. It's an easy dessert for family meals or entertaining.

My Raspberry and Rose Jelly and Cream tastes really special but honestly couldn’t be easier. Get your prettiest vintage glasses out from the china cabinet and enjoy!

Fruit Brûlée, a quick, easy, healthier dessert the whole family will love

My Easy Fruit Brûlée is a delicious, healthier twist on Crème Brûlée. Crème fraîche or light sour cream is gently spooned over fruit and brandy soaked Amaretti biscuits, sprinkled with Demerara sugar and broiled. You can even make these desserts ahead of time, stash them in the fridge and brûlée them at the last minute.

Raspberry Bakewell Tarts served on a slate tray

A traditional British treat, Raspberry Bakewell Tart Squares are perfect with a cup of tea or served with ice cream or custard for a showstopping dessert.

Perfect for a special dinner, My St Clements Custards are an easy, elegant, citrus-spiked version of crème brûlée - without the brûlée.

There’s a story behind the name of these light and delicious St Clement’s Custards. Gently spiked with citrus, they are the perfect end to a romantic meal.

Or try my classic Molten Chocolate Babycakes. Tender cake gives way to a smooth, chocolatey middle  – making for a very sensual dessert.

3 crystal dishes filled with three scoops of Blood Orange Ice Cream

Homemade ice cream can be an elegant dessert, especially when it is served with homemade cookies. Blood Orange Ice Cream is super easy to make the day before or morning of a special evening meal. Ordinary oranges will work just fine if blood oranges aren’t available.

Whether you are planning a fun Valentines celebration for family or a romantic dinner with the one you love, my Valentines Day Treats will ensure that your celebrations have a sweet and delicious finale!
