Are you struggling to make the most of your Christmas leftovers? Don’t let those delicious bits of turkey, ham, or chicken go to waste. While freezing leftovers is a great option, we have all had things get buried in the freezer and forgotten until they are well past their best. With these easy and delicious Christmas Leftovers Recipes, you can turn every last morsel into a meal everyone will love. No more leftover fatigue—just simple, tasty dishes the whole family will love.
It’s easy to use up the first of the Christmas leftovers. There’s the long looked forward to Christmas night turkey sandwich, the grilled ham and cheese sandwich, or a Ploughman’s platter with slices of meat, cheese and chutney. However, when the lovely thick slices of cold cuts are gone, what to do with the little bits and pieces that are left behind? My Christmas Leftovers Recipes offers some great options.

You can make stir fries with leftover meat, provided you are careful to add it at the very last minute so it just heats through and doesn’t overcook. My easy recipe for Leftover Turkey and Almond Stir Fry shows you how!

LOL 🙂
I think maybe I like some of these leftover ideas more than the main dish! Coronation Chicken is an all-time favourite of mine and I can never get enough cold ham. Last night I stir-fried some pork and it came out well; wish I had thought to add almonds, as you suggested, though!
Thank you, Pauline 🙂 If I’m honest, I think I look forward more to the leftovers than the main holiday meals too!
Congratulations!
